Confirm your packing label:

Before opening your carpet or rug, please check the packing label and confirm that the item number correlates with the number in your order history.
Open With Care
Your Persian carpet will arrive tightly rolled and wrapped in plastic with the underside facing out. Carefully cut the plastic wrapping and tape with scissors, taking care not to cut into the rug/carpet itself. Once done, place the carpet/rug on the floor.
Give it time
All our rugs and carpets are wrapped in plastic and once opened, they need to breathe. Place the rug/carpets in a well-ventilated area for a day or two and any odours that might have built up during the shipping process will disappear.
