Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free to the contiguous USA and Canada. There will be an extra charge for Area rugs or carpets shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Nunavut, North West Territories and the Yukon. Shipping to any other destination will have a fee which can be viewed during the checkout process. You may also request the shipping fee from our customer service staff directly from each rug or carpet’s description.      Go Top

How do I track my shipment?

ecarpetgallery will email you the necessary shipping and tracking information. You may also login to ecarpetgallery to check the status of your order. From the homepage of the site, select My Account at the top of any page and enter your user name and password. From there you click on Orders to track your order. You may also use the tracking information sent to you to login directly to the FedEx website to track your shipment.      Go Top

Which shipping service do you use and how long it will take to receive my order?

ecarpetgallery ships your orders using FedEx services. Standard Ground service is used for USA and Canada. FedEx expedited services are used for other International destinations. Orders shipped via FedEx Ground within the US and Canada, usually arrive within 6-8 business days of order processing.      Go Top

What happens if my rug or carpet is damaged during shipment?

We have your peace of mind at hand. Full insurance coverage has been provided by ecarpetgallery in order to cover the cost of damage or loss in the rare cases that do occur. If your Persian carpet or Oriental Area rugs  arrives damaged or the packaging is torn, please get the FedEx driver to sign that package is damaged. You may then contact one of our customer care associates who will take care of the issue with the least inconvenience to you as possible.      Go Top

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Once the order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Department by phone to modify or cancel it. . Once an item has been shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled.      Go Top

Do you ship to APO or PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately ecarpetgallery does not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. A physical street address is needed to ship out a carpet or rug.      Go Top

What is your Return Policy?

Our satisfaction guarantee gives you the confidence and peace of mind to enjoy your Area rug or carpet in your home for up to 30 days. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your rug or carpet, please return it for a 100% refund.

Returned items are subject to restocking fees per item. This is for warehouse inspection of the returned carpet/rug, re-stocking and re-wrapping and making it available for sale once again.
