Shipping

 

We ship fast. Here’s how we do it:
 

  • Shipping for rugs is FREE to all addresses within the continental United States and Canadian provinces*.

    • Standard shipping fees apply for all other items

  • We ship using FedEx Standard Ground, so your order will usually arrive within 6-8 business days.

  • Everything you need to know to track your order will be emailed to you as soon as we have it. You can also view your tracking info by logging in to your account and navigating to your order info.

  • We cannot ship to PO or APO box addresses.
     

*Shipping fees may apply to remote areas

 

 

Returns

Need to try and see if it fits? No problem. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how well a rug will look in your home. We want you to be happy with your purchase and so that is why we give you 30 days to see if you like it. If, within those 30 days, you’ve decided that you don’t want to keep it, just give us a call and we’ll refund you for the price of the rug. Refund will be the price paid for the rug, minus the actual original shipping fee. If the rug is damaged at delivery, please inform us immediately.

Customer is responsible for returning the item(s) including shipping fees. We can also assist you in the reuturn process by picking the rug up from your home or office for a fee. See table below:

Up to 54 square feet (6'x9')     $                     60.00
Up to 80 square feet (8'x10')     $                     70.00
Up to 130 square feet (10'x13')     $                     80.00
Over 130 square feet (10'x13')     $                     120.00

 

 

All items except rugs are final sale.

Item specific return policies may apply.

 

IMPORTANT

NO returns will be accepted unless prior authorization is given by ecarpetgallery.com. Please email sales@ecarpetgallery.com or call us (1-888-466-6869) before you ship any items back to us. We will give you specific instructions on how to return your rug or carpet. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it well.

Please note that all our oriental rugs and carpets are inspected upon arrival and any items that have been damaged in anyway, and are not in their original state may be refused or additional fees will be charged.

Rugs on clearance and daily deals are sold As Is. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
