All orders purchased through ecarpetgallery.com are delivered for FREE within the contiguous USA & Canada.
There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. For Canadian orders delivered to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest territories, shipping fees will apply. All our orders are shipped using FedEx ground service for continental USA & Canada. We ship FedEx expedited for all other destinations.
New York state residents are required to pay tax. Canadian residents living within the province of Quebec are required to pay GST and PST. Canadian residents living within the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, New Foundland/Labrador and New Brunswick are required to pay HST. All other Canadian residents are required to pay GST. For our International orders all shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping for International orders is not available.

We regret that we are unable to ship our oriental rugs to APO or PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.

Orders shipping usually take 2-4 business days for the East Coast, 4-6 business days for the Mid-West, and 8-10 business days for the West Coast. International expedited shipping is 4-6 business day delivery.
