All orders purchased through eCarpetgallery.com are delivered for FREE within the contiguous US & Canada.
There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. For Canadian orders delivered to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest territories, shipping fees will apply. All our orders are shipped using Fedex ground service for continental USA & Canada. We ship Fedex expedited for all other destinations.
Shipping times are 2-4 business days for the East Coast, 4-6 business days for the Mid-West, and 8-10 business days for the West Coast. International expedited shipping is 4-6 business day delivery.
Canadian residents are required to pay GST. Canadian residents living within the province of Quebec are also required to pay PST. For our International orders all shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. Free Shipping for International orders is not available.
All shipments are insured.
We regret that we are unable to ship our oriental rugs to APO or PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.

Tracking of your Oriental Rug
Once your order has been shipped, eCarpetgallery.com will email you the necessary shipping and tracking information. You may also login to eCarpetgallery.com to check the status of your order. From the homepage of the site, select My Account at the top of any page and enter your user name and password. From there you click on “Orders” to track your order. You may also use the tracking information sent to you to login directly to the Fedex website to track your shipment.
Reception of your Area rug
We recommend that you are present for the delivery of your oriental carpet. If you are not present, Fedex will leave the rug in a safe place for you, or if necessary will leave you a note that a delivery attempt was made and that you should contact them.
