Purchases of rugs through our auctions (eBay, Yahoo, Amazon) and rugs purchased and shipped outside of Canada and the United States are final and are not subject to our 30-Day Return Policy. eCarpetGallery.com recommends that only dealers and other parties highly experienced in buying and selling rugs buy and sell rugs through our auctions or for international shipment.

We accept check or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.
To pay by check, simply call our customer support team at 1-888-466-6869 and a customer service representative will assist you.
Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders or check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank account. Check must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.
Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't process your order until your check is received and cleared.
