About this Rug
These bold, colorful and geometric area rugs and runners are hand-knotted in the town and surrounding regions of Abadeh. There is a strong Qashqai influence as Abadeh is on the migratory route of these nomadic tribes people. These rugs are tightly knotted using thin wool and have a great textured pile. Abadeh rugs are few and far between and there is a high demand for them. They work well with modern, traditional, and southwestern decors.
