How does It Work?
- 1. Simply present us with your original ECARPETGALLERY sales receipt, along with proof that the item you bought is being advertised at a lower price.
- 2. Once our team verifies that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the lower advertised price, you will receive your refund of the difference including 10% price match.
- 3. The advertised item must be of the same brand, and model as the purchased item must be new and never used and advertised with an online competitor, area rug store or catalog.
- 4. Advertised prices must be in US Dollars. Products advertised on the web will be calculated to include all charges applicable for next-day delivery to your home address.
- 5. Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertise errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers.

6. We only price match against prices found on competitor’s Internet site.
- - The item must be identical. For example, it must have the same origin, style, dimensions and contain the same materials.
- - All applicable shipping and handling charges are included with your price match. Proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges must be supplied on the competitor’s site. We will not call and confirm shipping and handling charges.
