Like most things, our rugs require regular maintenance in order to last as long as possible. This includes periodic vacuuming and rotation.
If spills occur, blot immediately. Use common wool cleaning detergent to remove stains. For extreme spills and stains, we recommend professional cleaning. For more information, read our After Care.

Returns
We offer free returns for all customers in the US, Canada and Europe. To qualify for a free return:
- Your returned item must be your first return with ECARPETGALLERY. If this isn’t your first return, you will be charged a restocking fee for this item.
- Request your return within 7 days of receiving your item
- One item per order is eligible for a free return. If you wish to return multiple items from the same order, you will be charged a restocking fee for the other items
- You are returning from US, Canada, UK and Europe
Should your item not be eligible for a free return, then you will be charged a restocking fee for the return. The restocking fee is determined based on 20% of the item’s price (before applicable taxes) or $150.00 maximum charge. (For example: a purchase of $400 will incur a restocking fee of $80 and a purchase of $1000 will incur a restocking fee of $150).
