I am thrilled with my purchase of several rugs! The quality is true to online specs including size accuracy. The photos online are true to actual received, both colour and texture (unlike other online sites.). No strange smells and clean. The quality of the underpadding is excellent, true to online specs, and it really does keep the rugs in place better than any product I've used in the past; well worth add-on. Purchased extra pieces for existing rugs. For flatter, low pile carpets the underpadding really does add noticeable walking comfort as well. Only issue is that the cutting was imprecise and I did have to trim. But I was glad they were generous rather than opposite. I also found that trimming a few inches smaller permitted the carpet to lay flatter at edges which eliminated tripping hazards. Really sharp scissors required since this is serious underpadding. Communication of order status was excellent. Arrived quickly and very well packaged (unpacking is a job in itself!). Also quick response on inquiries. This company will be my first choice if I ever want more rugs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family which is saying a lot since I'm normally uncomfortable with that kind of responsibility. If you've found the perfect item or simply fallen in love with something, purchase with confidence! You'll receive exactly what you ordered. It's like having art on the floor!
