This company offers excellent customer service. I had to do an exchange as the first carpet I ordered was not the right color tones for the room. The staff could not have made things easier and I now have the perfect carpet. Plus, their rugs are beautiful and reasonably priced. I will definitely shop at Ecarpet Gallery again and have recommended them to my friends and family.
