What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• USA: We accept Affirm, where you can pay in 4 interest-free installments.
Do I have to pay taxes on orders shipped to the United States or to Canada?
All orders to the United States are not subject to sales tax.
All Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate GST/HST sales tax.
Do you offer 'Buy Now Pay Later' options to finance my rug purchase?
We currently offer Affirm as a ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ option for all orders to the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to continental USA, provincial Canada and Europe.
• USA only: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping fee of $200.00 will be applied.
• Canada only: For shipments to Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, a flat shipping fee of $100.00 will be applied.

Can I change my delivery address?
Changes to an address can be made within 1 hour of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
When will my order ship?
We strive to have all rugs shipped as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number from FedEx in a confirmation email, allowing you to track your package at every step. Contact us to answer questions that may arise before or after placing your order.
Do you cover international shipping duties?
Yes! All our orders across Canada, USA, UK and Europe are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). You are guaranteed no additional charges at delivery.
