To help you find the perfect rug for your space, we encourage you to identify up to 3 different carpets that you wish to see in-person. Those shopping for multiple spaces can see up to 3 rugs per room they are decorating.

Yes - all rugs that are listed on the website are in-stock and available to see by appointment in our Showroom in Montreal.

Yes — of course! We will securely package the rug for transport and assist with placing it in your car.

Yes — and shipping is free! Once you’ve ordered your rug, we will take down your information and arrange for your item to ship out the following day. We can also work with you to schedule delivery for a later date if need be. Note that orders shipping to Montreal, Laval and Rive-Sud have an arrival time of 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately, we do not offer swatches. This is due to the nature of our rug collections which consist of one-of-a-kind vintage and new woven carpets. If you wish to get a better idea of a rug’s color, pattern and texture, email [email protected] with the SKU number. We will be happy to provide additional photos and videos of the rug.

Yes. If your rug is eligible for a return as per our Return Policy, it must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it. All items will be inspected upon return. If you prefer to drop-off your return, simply coordinate your return drop off with a member of our team beforehand via our Contact Form. Return drop offs to our Montreal Offices can be scheduled during opening hours of operation, Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
