Returns
We offer free returns for all customers in the US, Canada and Europe. To qualify for a free return:
- Your returned item must be your first return with ECARPETGALLERY. If this isn’t your first return, you will be charged a restocking fee for this item.
- Request your return within 7 days of receiving your item
- One item per order is eligible for a free return. If you wish to return multiple items from the same order, you will be charged a restocking fee for the other items
- You are returning from US, Canada, UK and Europe
Should your item not be eligible for a free return, then you will be charged a restocking fee for the return. The restocking fee is determined based on 20% of the item’s price (before applicable taxes) or $150.00 maximum charge.
