What a great experience it has been, the company is exceptional. Service was so professional and made my purchase so easy. Also the quality of the carpet is amazing. Carpet was delivered next day. We ordered a rug from Ecarpet based on the online photos. It arrived very quickly and we liked it so much we ordered another for our dining room. It too arrived quickly and we were also very pleased with the quality and price. We decided that the first rug was too big for our space and returned it for a smaller one which we love. There was no problem returning the first rug and having our money returned promptly. I called Ecarpet along the way with some questions and Roger was very helpful. Wish I had more rooms for more,rugs!

Super service client. J ai pu echanger mon tapis sans probleme et avoir de bons conseils pour un choix eclaire. Je recommande. Mes tapis perses sont sublimes et ne font pas de bouloches comme les tapis que j ai eu auparavant.
