We needed a second rug for a room and wanted something that would coordinate well with another rug in the room. I signed up for a consult with the carpet galleries design service. The designer was excellent and helped to narrow down the choices, as well as recommend an ideal size for our space. She found several rugs I hadn’t seen and narrowed options to several great choices. We love our rug and the design service saved me a lot of time and angst with decision-making.

A really fine experience with three rugs

My only complaint with Ecarpet Gallery is a silly one. It takes so long to open the package that contained the three rugs I purchased. I wish there was an easier way to wrap them, but I guess there is not. The rugs are really nice. In fact the one that I purchased to put in my bathroom, is too pretty to do so, and it is now in my study. I recommend this company and think they have really terrific rugs, and you will save money. Just give yourself time to open the package.

I knew the carpet was antique but I didn;t expect it to be completely threadbare... the photo on the website was I assumed faded but I thought there was some threads left. The buying and delivery process was seamless.
