Our new kitchen rug shipped quickly, was carefully packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. It’s even more beautiful in person than on the website, soft underfoot, and comfortable to stand on while cooking.. The measurements are exactly as described, and the quality is excellent. We are very satisfied. Even our dog loves it!

The website and execution of order have been GREATLY improved over the past few years. I have bought 5 rugs over 5 Years. I would say the selection, size offered. ( no small rugs offered) have not been upgraded but I can understand the business principles of the company. The rugs I bought years ago were stunning. I would say I am totally satisfied with my latest purchase it is a handmade artwork
