It was my first experience with ecarpetgallery and I took a leap of faith, based on positive reviews. It was worth it. First of all I was impressed with their very well made website that can guide you through the myriad of options. Secondly the carpet I received was perfectly captured in the photo, the color,nuances were perfect picture like. It's beautiful, looks well made, had no unpleasant odor. The complainant is towards FedEx. I stayed home to wait for the delivery, they didn't even ring the doorbell and I found out that it was delivered from the email notification. It was a rainy day and the carpet was left at the far end of the porch when it would have been very easy to leave it completely sheltered from the rain. So thumbs down for FedEx. Luckily the carpet was packed very well, keeping it dry..

This tonal neutral oushak rug is beautiful in person. Although the color is described as "gray", the rug is mostly ivory and works well as a sophisticated neutral floor covering. The pile is low as shown in the picture. The shipping was very quick. The rug arrived folded in half and then rolled. Although it had a central crease due to the folding, the rug is now flat. Very happy with the how the rug looks and the shipping timing.

Great experience with Ecarpet Gallery! Rugs arrived quickly and was able to order rug pads subsequently for a good price from Ecarpet Galler. The big rug in my living room is just gorgeous. The runner in our hallway wasn't quite the right colors with our new mural so I easily returned it. Highly recommend working with Ecarpet Gallery for your home!
