I have purchased two carpets from this retailer and both were excellent - beyond expectation. The quality of the received carpet was top notch, and the designs and colours are as advertised. I appreciate the detailed descriptions and photos provided for each carpet on the website which make it easy to make this purchase online. The delivery is also so fast! I had both carpets within 48 hours. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Wonderful selection of kilims for great prices (esp. when there is a sale), quick and hassle-free delivery and the possibility of returns or exchanges (which I did not need to do). I had already bought a runner last year and that was delivered very quickly. On this most recent occasion I needed to delay the delivery by about six weeks and Ecarpetgallery customer service was very helpful in arranging it. Would wholeheartedly recommend based on my experience.

This rug was the perfect rug for my 14 ur old boys room... he needed something handsome, and this fit the bill. I love wool kilims as they are really tough. They are so easy to keep clean and add so much style to a room. This rug was actually better in person and I was ecstatic rolling it out in his room.... all of the other colors in the room just came to life.... and the price was really amazing... I would have loved the rug even if not did cost more, but it was so fairly priced that I almost thought it too good to be true.. but I took the chance and it arrived well packaged and quickly... I will shop again for sure!
