Buying was easy and delivery was fast. The rug is great and great quality. I purchased a semi antique rug so i was expecting a bit of ware and tear but there is a noticeable defect, a small burn in the rug, it would have been great to have known about it before. No matter, will most certainly purchase again in the future.

Very nice carpet at a good price. I would have given them 5 stars but the way they rolled up the carpet left visual marks on carpet as it forced the nap in a couple of spots the wrong way. They should use a cardboard roll in the center so that the whole carpet is rolled the same way.

This "ivory" bokhara is more gold than ivory, but luckily it still worked in the room. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition. The measurements were correct. The quality seems lovely. We love this style and are happy for the update to the room.
