I have been purchasing rugs from E CARPET GALLERY for myself and for gifts for about 15 years. The quality and variety are outstanding for the price. The service has always been impeccable. The website, however could be more user-friendly and needs simplification. I find it cluttered, difficult to navigate, and not intuitively responsive to searches. These glitches, however, pale beside the lovely merchandise. Browsing at the website is like visiting a gallery of beautiful woven tapestries.
