Nice carpets but very dirty

I've bought 3 carpets for my home from ecarpetgallery.com. I like the prices and the quality of the carpets but all 3 were very dirty. I vacuumed them several times and the vacuum filled up with dirty gray fibers. Will be sending them out to be professionally cleaned in the spring.
