I have ordered very many rugs from them over the past 20+ years, and they are always the best. Rugs are high quality, exactly as shown and described, and clean (never smell). Shipping is fast, with the rugs rolled and wrapped in plastic. Their prices and selection are much better than the competition. When you order from the US, as I do, there is no sales tax but there may be a small charge from your credit card company for a foreign transaction fee (which is much less than any tax would be). I highly recommend them to any of my friends looking to buy a rug.
