Prices are fantastic, check out was easy, and delivery was ahead of schedule. The carpet itself arrived very well packaged, its colors and /patterns match the website and /description, and its overall quality and /beauty and /presence exceeds expectation! I will buy my next rug from ECarpet and would highly recommend them to anyone looking. Get the rug pad with your purchase - game changer.

This is the second rug I have purchased from e carpet gallery and I am not disappointed. The rug was accurately depicted on the site (color, dimensions, texture etc) so I was happy when I received it that it was exactly what I had wanted. It shipped fast-was appropriately packaged so that the rug was not marred or damaged in delivery. I will likely order again from here in the future

When the carpet we chose was found to be damaged, they immediately provided suggestions for other similar ones and at a discounted price to compensate for the inconvenience. Delivery was only a 2 days wait and carpets of excellent quality. This was the 4th carpet we e purchased at ecarpet. Images on line accurately show the carpets and its features. Kudos.
