Great experience buying two large rugs. I am super impressed by the website: it was easy to navigate, easy to tailor each search I made as I considered what I wanted, and a fantastic selection of carpets. It was easier than usual to get a pretty good sense of how the rugs truly look and their quality. No surprises. Service was great. I had the carpets in my home in no time. Really enjoyed the experience (and I hate online shopping usually) and am very pleased with what I chose. Just what I expected when I picked it out.

Over the years I have bought a number of rugs from ecarpet gallery and have always had a great experience. The selection is fabulous and delivery fast. This time I had to return my recent rug purchase because it wasn't right for the spot that needed it and Alexander was really really helpful in explaining my options and assisting with a return. Knowing that I can return a rug if necessary for free takes some of the pressure off the purchase. Their customer service is 5 star and they are very quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
