About this Rug
Gharajeh rugs and runners are nomadic and village Persian carpets. They have Caucasian angular designs with a bold geometrics. These carpets are hand knotted in the Gharadah region in northwestern Iran. They are handmade of high-quality lustrous wool, with gentle earth tones. The patterns are usually geometric with small medallions, plants, animals, and vases. These striking area rugs go well blend with traditional, southwestern and modern décor styles
