- One item per order only will be eligible for a free return, with the difference at the customer's expense.

- Oversized 12x15 area rugs are not eligible for free returns.
- Clearance, Open Box and Closeout rugs are not eligible for free returns or refunds. Customers may exchange the rug with return shipping at their expense.

Description
A rug pad is laid beneath your rug or runner to prevent sliding, provide extra comfort and extend the life of your rug. Vacuuming is also made easier with a rug pad. Made from felt and rubber materials, this reversible rug pad is designed to last and acts as a buffer to limit abrasion and protect your floors. Simply place the latex side of the pad on hard surfaces such as wood, tile, marble and concrete, and rubber side up on carpeted surfaces.

Care instructions
Like most things, our rugs require regular maintenance in order to last as long as possible. This includes periodic vacuuming and rotation.
If spills occur, blot immediately. Use common wool cleaning detergent to remove stains. For extreme spills and stains, we recommend professional cleaning. For more information, read our After Care.
