How long is a virtual appointment?

Our virtual appointments are up to 15 minutes long. To maximize your time, we ask that you provide details regarding the purpose of the call ahead of your consultation. This can include questions you want answered, rug needs, SKU numbers, photos of your room for reference, etc.

How will you contact me at the time of our appointment?

When booking, you will be prompted to enter your phone number. Please enter the number you wish to be reached at, as we will either contact you by phone call or video call. If the purpose of your appointment is to compare between two carpets or give our design team a glimpse of your living space for personalized recommendations, we may suggest a video call. If you simply have questions you need answered, we will call you by phone.

What topics can be covered during the appointment?

The private shopping appointments can cover any questions you may have. We want to make sure that you have all the necessary information ahead of your purchase. We can help you decide between different rugs, offer product recommendations, answer questions about our carpets, share rug care tips, and much more.

Can I return my purchase if it doesn’t suit my space?

Yes. If your rug is eligible for a return (see conditions below), it must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it. All items will be inspected upon return. For details, check our returns & exchanges page.
